2020年2月7日12-24時，山東省報告新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎新增確診病例21例，累計確診病例407例（含重癥病例25例，危重癥病例7例，出院38例，無死亡病例）；新增疑似病例36例，現有疑似病例100例。截至目前，追蹤到密切接觸者12270人，已解除醫學觀察6970人，診斷為疑似或確診201例，尚有5099人正在接受醫學觀察。詳見下表（單位:例）：

Between 12:00 and 24:00, Feb 7, 2020, 21 new cases of novel coronavirus were confirmed in Shandong. A total of 407 confirmed cases have been reported in the province (including 25 severe cases, 7 critically severe cases, 38 cases discharged from hospital, and no fatalities). 36 new suspected cases were reported and there are 100 suspected cases in total. To date, of the traced 12,270 close contacts, 6,970 have been released from medical observation, 201 are suspected or confirmed cases, and 5,099 are still under observation.
